Shipping Information

All products are shipped to your door via UPS ground or USPS within the continental United States. Customers Outside of USA: Please contact us for shipping quote before placing order.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  Shipping rates are calculated based upon your total order purchase.  We apologize that we cannot ship airfreight.  We strive to ship all stock items within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order.  You will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation soon after placing your order. Please read it carefully for any mistakes. If errors are found please contact us immediately. All non-stock items are shipped immediately upon product availability. Normal lead time for non-stock items is 1-3 weeks depending upon material availability.

Products that are discounted and are on sale are subject to change at any time.  Quantities of sale products are limited to supplies on hand.  If you have a question about availability of a product, please contact us before placing your order.  top of page

Warranty Information – Your Assurance of Quality

The products provided to you by Coloradocases.com are warranted for one year from the date your order is placed against defects in workmanship and materials.  Please read our complete terms and conditions before placing your order.  The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, fading or stains. The product must be properly maintained and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, Coloradocases.com will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge, provided the customer prepays freight to and from the shipper.

Exchanges and Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority at Coloradocases.com. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to inform us of your problem.

 Exchanges:

We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your non-custom product for another, provided that your product is new and unused. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, we suggest you consider placing a new order. Please contact us to issue a Return Goods Authorization Number so that you may return your product.

Returns:

We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused non-custom product in its original condition, and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item.  Except with respect to defective merchandise, a restocking fee of 25% of the price of the returned merchandise will be applied to all returns.  If your product arrives defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to issue a Return Goods Authorization Number so that you may return your product.

All special orders and custom cases are non-returnable and non-refundable (except for warranty issues).  Coloradocases.com will repair or replace the case as needed.   Please contact us to inform us of your problem.  

All purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to your account. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.  top of page
